TBN Partners with VRI to Launch “ZeroOne,” a Joint Venture Focused on Software Solutions for the Manufacturing Industry

TBN Corporation Public Company Limited (TBN) has announced a strategic partnership with VR Intelligence Co., Ltd. (VRI) to form a new joint venture named “ZeroOne Co., Ltd.” or ZeroOne. This collaboration, approved by the TBN Board of Directors on October 18, 2024, aims to develop ready-to-use software solutions for the manufacturing sector, expand the customer base, and enhance competitive capabilities, driving sustainable growth in the manufacturing industry in both Thailand and abroad.

Panayu Sirikrajangsri, CEO of TBN, stated, “The establishment of ZeroOne boosts our software innovation capabilities to keep up with the evolving manufacturing landscape. This partnership not only helps us diversify business risks but also creates long-term growth opportunities. With VRI’s extensive expertise in the manufacturing industry and deep understanding of production management systems, ZeroOne represents a synergy between TBN’s technological know-how and VRI’s domain knowledge. Together, we can unlock new market opportunities for both companies.”

He further emphasized, “Partnering with VRI is a significant step for TBN as we combine strengths to develop cutting-edge digital technologies and innovations for the manufacturing sector, which is rapidly transitioning to digital systems. This collaboration enables us to quickly enter new markets.”

ZeroOne has a registered capital of 5 million THB, consisting of 500,000 shares valued at 10 THB per share. TBN and VRI will hold equal shares at 50% each. ZeroOne will focus on developing advanced software solutions for the manufacturing industry and provide installation, system integration, and maintenance services for organizations both domestically and internationally, enhancing their competitiveness in the tech market.

TBN is one of Thailand’s leading software developers, specializing in AI-driven low-code technology that enables fast and highly efficient application development. The partnership with VRI marks a major step toward strengthening TBN’s innovation capacity and accelerating market expansion.

The collaboration with TBN will enhance product development capabilities and deliver high-quality solutions for the manufacturing sector while providing access to cutting-edge technologies and resources.
